ChicagoCHEC 7th Annual Community Forum: Cancer Health and Mental Wellness - YOU, Family, Community

This two day hybrid event will be held over Zoom and in person at NEIU's El Centro Campus.

Important things to know about the in-person component of our event:

1. ChicagoCHEC wants to ensure that our in-person environment is safe and enjoyable for all attendees. Masks are required if you attend in person. In addition, the in-person component is subject to change based on safety recommendations related to COVID-19. Therefore, if it is determined unsafe for us to host the in-person component, our event will switch to 100% virtual.
2. To ensure proper social distancing, there are limited seats for in-person attendance, thus availability is first come, first serve. Please indicate when you register if you plan to attend in person and a member of our team will reach out to you with more details.
3. Please note, that the in-person component will be a watch party of the program which will be held over Zoom.
